The timer option allows your wreath to turn on automatically for six hours at the same time each day. For example: at 6pm press “on”  and your wreath will automatically turn off at 12am. It will then turn back on at 6pm the next day and every day after that as long as the “on” button has been pressed. You can set it to turn on at a different time, by turning it off and then waiting to the desired time before switching it to “on” again.
